Fantastic customer experience! I ordered some items and they arrived in just 6 days to Northern Ireland. The tracking kept me informed the whole way from when they shipped out. The clothing is of great quality and fits perfectly, so I'm really happy I chose to shop with Yoek.

As a loyal shopper, I frequently visit the Yoek site. I thought it’d be great to pick up a few fresh pieces for Spring. There’s always a wide selection for plus-size gals. I got two tunic tops, and they showed up pretty quickly, all nicely wrapped. I’m consistently amazed by the attention to detail. My tunics are crafted well, fit like a dream, and come with straightforward washing guidelines. I’ll definitely be stopping by again soon.

I’m giving this a single star since there wasn’t a zero-star option. The coat turned out to be a huge letdown. The quality was just terrible and certainly not worth the £169.00 price tag. For that amount, I expected it to be lined, the pockets to be made of something better than flimsy material, and the shoulder pads shouldn’t be made of cheap foam that just collapses. To make matters worse, my package got held up by customs and Royal Mail, who slapped me with an extra £70 charge that I had to cough up before I could get my hands on it. It’s downright outrageous to charge so much for such shoddy quality. I could easily find better stuff for way less in the UK. In total, I’m out £239.00 for a coat that’s barely worth a fraction of that. According to your paperwork, I’m also responsible for return shipping and customs fees, which just adds insult to injury. This whole situation has really upset me, and I feel totally ripped off. I won’t be shopping with you again. Yours in disgust, JULIE ROMANIUk

The Yoek team kept me in the loop about my parcel delivery, which was super reassuring considering it was the Christmas rush, COVID-19, and the end of the Brexit Transition period was just around the corner. They even provided a link to track my order. I was a bit anxious about potential delays, but there was no need for concern—the package arrived today, well-protected in a sustainable cardboard box, wrapped in tissue paper, and clearly handled with care. I’d have no hesitation in shopping with Yoek again; classy clothes come with classy service.

The service was quick and reliable, and the dress came beautifully packaged without any wrinkles. The quality of the dress was impressive and it was styled nicely, but sadly, it was a bit too large for me. I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. The contact number provided was a bit confusing, and I had to try a few different combinations to get through (this could definitely use some clarification). However, the lady I spoke to about the exchange, Marisa, was super helpful and sorted everything out for me in no time (kudos to her for being so pleasant). I've sent back my item and I'm now just waiting for the new one.
